# Private Sale (Completed) The private sale for seed investors which was invite-only concluded on April 1, 2024 raising an approximate amount of USD$20K. Seed folks were mainly selected from OGs who have been active in James & R's communities based on their willingness to help accelerate the vision of the devs, making SolRain a reality as well as to accumulate some initial funding for various components of the project, such as domain name registrations, website hosting and the like. The initial private sale offered up 10% of the circulating supply of $SOLRAIN in return for the contributions in total by all investors.
